Julie Goldsberry CFO/Vice President of Finance
Julie joined Early Learning Indiana in January 2015 with over 20 years experience in financial positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis and Sisters of St Francis Health Services, Inc. Julie is a CPA with an accounting degree from Ball State University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

Louonna Kachur Vice President of Workforce and Organizational Development
Louonna brings 15 years of experience in leading human resources, talent development and organizational change management for privately-held and publicly traded companies in professional services, healthcare, information technology and consulting.

Seana Murphy Vice President of Program Operations
Seana manages personnel, policies, and procedures that allow Day Early Learning centers to provide high-quality education and care. Prior to this role she provided leadership to Ivy Tech Community College as the Assistant Vice President, Admissions and Enrollment Management and to the State of Indiana as the State Director 21st Century Scholars Program.

Teresa Batrich Rhodes Vice President of Advancement
Teresa Batrich Rhodes joined Early Learning Indiana in June 2016 as Vice President of Advancement. Prior to her work at ELI, Teresa led and managed fundraising and marketing efforts at Boys and Girls Club of Greater Indianapolis, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and The Hudson Institute.

Sue Burow McKinney Vice President of Quality Assurance
Sue joined Early Learning Indiana in 2016 after 15 years with the IU Public Policy Institute. She enjoys helping others understand the value of data and using data to show program value and policy impact. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economic and political science and her master’s degree in public policy and administration from the University of Wisconsin.
