Early Learning Indiana is driven by individuals who believe in our mission to ensure the highest level of early care and education for children in Indiana. Our administrative staff work on behalf of children to increase opportunities for, funding toward and value placed on early childhood education.

    With a background in organizational strategy and execution, Maureen Weber has spent her career working across multiple sectors – with an emphasis on human capital development and education – to improve the way that organizations meet the needs of the individuals they serve. Read more.

    • Julie Goldsberry CFO/Vice President of Finance

      Julie joined Early Learning Indiana in January 2015 with over 20 years experience in financial positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis and Sisters of St Francis Health Services, Inc.  Julie is a CPA with an accounting degree from Ball State University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

      Jane Peycha Chief Learning Engineer

      Having more than two decades of international experience as a teacher, mentor, cognitive coach, director and center owner Jane shares a breadth of early childhood experience with our directors, teachers and students.  She has a M.Ed. and Ed. S in early childhood education and specializes in teacher support and curriculum development.

          Seana manages personnel, policies, and procedures that allow Day Early Learning centers to provide high-quality education and care. Prior to this role she provided leadership to Ivy Tech Community College as the Assistant Vice President, Admissions and Enrollment Management and to the State of Indiana as the State Director 21st Century Scholars Program.

          Erin Kissling Vice President of Research & Policy Initiatives

          Erin brings a passion for connecting research and policy to practice so that children can thrive in the early years. Her experience teaching and directing an early childhood program inspired her commitment to ensure every child has a successful start to life. Erin holds a master’s degree in elementary education with a specialization in early childhood education from Ball State University and a certificate in early childhood leadership and program administration.

            Crystal Givens Vice President of Statewide Support

            Crystal began her career at Early Learning Indiana 15 years ago within our Child Care Answers program and currently serves as Vice President of Statewide Support. Crystal has a bachelor’s degree in child development and family life from Indiana State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

            Louonna brings 15 years of experience in leading human resources, talent development and organizational change management for privately-held and publicly traded companies in professional services, healthcare, information technology and consulting.
