Early Learning Indiana an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Grantee is supporting the implementation of the Early Head Start model (birth to age 3) within three high quality child care programs. We are seeking a Family Engagement Specialist to deliver and coordinate comprehensive family centered services. This position supports family well-being, in order to promote healthy development and increase school readiness skills of the child. This position collaborates within the community to maintain and develop partnerships in order to promote the program goals and individual family needs. It will specifically be focused on outreach and family engagement to families.

The School Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day affairs of the school, focused on providing instructional leadership to promote growth in student learning, and ensuring a safe, supportive and productive learning environment for the children we serve, their families, and our team members. The School Leader is committed to implementing Early Learning Indiana’s mission to empower children with the essential skills to be successful in kindergarten and beyond.

The Team Lead works collaboratively with school leadership to lead and nurture growth of team members and to improve teacher practice within the school. The Team Lead also serves as a classroom Teacher, planning and implementing lessons to stimulate learning among all developmental domains and utilizing assessment data to drive individualized instruction.
