Come Back Stronger Fund

Digital Media Toolkit

The Come Back Stronger Fund is a $15 million fund made possible by Lilly Endowment Inc. designed to reinforce Indiana’s supply of high-quality early learning opportunities in the wake of COVID-19 and support providers across the state who are committed to serving vulnerable family populations. The Fund will provide grants of up to $40,000 per site, based on March 1, 2020, enrollment numbers and providers’ total percentage of families served who use Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) or On My Way Pre-K (OMWPK) dollars.

Providers may use grant funds to offset new safety-related expenses such as enhancing sanitation practices, altering key aspects of the physical environment to support social distancing, adopting new staffing models that minimize exposure, expanding to serve more children in response to a depletion in community supply, and investing in personalized sets of materials and toys to limit cross-contamination among children while maintaining an environment that stimulates child development.

You can help promote the Come Back Stronger Fund to early childhood education providers in your area using the resources and tools below.
