Work-based Learning Program
Work-based professional learning program for early education support professionals

Take Your Career to the Next Level
Early learning educators play a critical role in a child’s growth and development. If you’re working in an early care and learning setting and want to take your career to the next level, the Classroom Support Work-based Learning Program is for you.
Classroom Support Professionals are an integral part of the early learning teaching team. The work they do each day in partnership with the classroom lead teacher – from implementing daily classroom activities and lessons to developing nurturing and engaging relationships with each child to ensuring a safe and ready-to-learn classroom environment – supports children’s growth and development now and for years to come.
The Classroom Support Work-based Learning Program prepares you to take on this important role. The 13-week program combines online instruction with real-time classroom application to build your knowledge and skills and advance your career, while still allowing you to earn a salary.

Explore, Practice, Apply Instructional Model
Over the course of 13 weeks, our unique instructional approach builds your core knowledge and skills across five key competency areas. You’ll explore and practice the content in the online learning environment and then practice and apply it in your live classroom environment with the support of a cooperative teacher. This approach leads to better subject mastery and classroom outcomes.
See the Difference
The Classroom Support Work-based Learning Program is unlike any training program in the early education space.
