Maureen Weber serves as president and chief executive officer of Early Learning Indiana, where she leads a team relentlessly focused on transforming the early learning industry by bringing together partners to address systemic barriers to accessible, affordable and high-quality early education and position communities and the state of Indiana as a model for early learning. With a background in organizational strategy and execution, Weber has spent her career working across multiple sectors – with an emphasis on human capital development and education – to improve the way organizations meet the needs of the individuals they serve.

She has served in leadership roles at both national and statewide not-for-profit organizations, and held key

public service roles, including chief operating officer for the Indiana Department of Education, deputy commissioner for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and deputy commissioner for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

Governor Holcomb recently appointed Weber as chair of the state’s Early Learning Advisory Committee. She also chaired the board of Purdue Polytechnic High School, serves on the Business Equity for Indy Learning and Talent Opportunities Taskforce, and has served on a variety of other boards and commissions in central Indiana. In 2021, Indianapolis Business Journal named her a Woman of Influence. Weber is a long-time resident of Indianapolis’s northside where she lives with her husband and two children.

Dr. Parisa Mansoori is from Zionsville, Indiana and went to Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University School of Medicine, completing her Residency at Indiana University/Riley Hospital for Children and Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital. She joined Eskenazi Health’s pediatric physician’s team in 2019. She has more than three years of experience in pediatric care and is passionate about children’s preventative health measures, early intervention and health equity. In addition to her practice, she is an assistant professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine and a proud board member of Early Learning Indiana.
