As Chief Strategy Officer, Brittany Krier is responsible for designing and executing signature elements of ELI’s transformational agenda. Since joining the organization in late 2018, Brittany has been the primary architect of ELI’s quality-improvement and capacity-building efforts throughout Indiana.
To ELI, Brittany brings a wealth of experience in other industries including health care, education and hospitality. A versatile strategist, Brittany’s career has spanned a myriad of operational areas as varied as product development, customer experience, marketing and sales, and strategic technology initiatives. She brings an entrepreneur’s spirit to the non-profit sector, designing innovative solutions to complex and intractable challenges. In 2019, one of Brittany’s early education solutions was a finalist for the Zaentz Education Initiative at Harvard University’s Innovation Challenge.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and a teaching certificate in Language and Composition at La Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. For many years, she has played an active role in advancing the Joe and Barb Krier Memorial Foundation, an educational fund that supports student scholarships to Bishop Chatard High School. Brittany and her husband reside in Indianapolis with their three young children.
