Louonna KachurVice President of Workforce and Organizational Development

Louonna’s passion is in finding alignment between an individual’s mission and the company vision and strategy. Alignment in these areas can lead to passionate team members who experience incredible growth and desired business outcomes. She brings 15 years of experience in leading human resources, talent development and organizational change management for privately-held and publicly traded companies in professional services, healthcare, information technology and consulting. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Valparaiso University and her MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Louonna has also served as adjunct faculty in leadership and ethics and as a professional facilitator for the MBA students leadership development program for the IU Kelley School. She is on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc., Indianapolis and has also served at Boys and Girls Club of Zionsville, Junior Achievement and Prevent Child Abuse Indiana (now The Villages). Louonna lives in Zionsville with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys gymnastics (watching, not doing), yoga and anything outdoors.
