What is the Civic Impact Academy?
Indiana’s future depends on the success of today’s youngest learners.
Research continues to show that the earliest years of life have a lasting impact on educational achievement, workforce readiness, community vitality and economic growth. Families, educators, employers, communities and policymakers all play a role in creating the conditions that help children thrive.
Over three sessions, participants will deepen their understanding of how early learning shapes outcomes for children, families and communities, explore the policies and systems that influence opportunity and identify meaningful ways to use their leadership and expertise to strengthen early learning across Indiana.

Program Details
All sessions will be held in person in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hotel accommodations will be provided by Early Learning Indiana for participants traveling more than 50 miles to attend.
