Priority Waitlist

To help ensure your employees have care close to work, you can arrange priority access for their children at designated Early Learning Works centers.

Tuition Benefit

Similar to offering a credit for gym memberships or health care expenses, you can help employees pay for care with a tuition credit. This lets them choose from a broader geographic footprint of high-quality child care programs and before/after school services.

Employer-Reserved Seats

Reserve seats at select child care programs specifically for your employees’ use.

Backup Care

Parents need backup care when their regular child care arrangements fall through. Some employers choose to support this need by partnering with a provider and subsidizing the cost for employees.
